Getting involved in buying real estate for cash is a result of a number of unexpected events that led us, Sebastian and Ayesha to this point. For years I (Sebastian) thought that I was going to be a physiotherapist and was deep into my studies. I had everyone telling me that I would be great at it as I was passionate about helping people and I had graduated from the University of Waterloo in Kinesiology with Honours. The challenge was that as I began to shadow more physiotherapists and hear about others going to physiotherapist, I saw that most clients did not achieve their desired outcome because they wouldn’t do what they needed to do which was consistent exercises. In order to do exercises consistently the physiotherapist would need to help them make mental shifts, however, this was not really allowed under the governing body. The more I looked at my future as a physiotherapist, the more I saw people who I wouldn’t be able to truly help and so I felt quite defeated…
I came across a friend at a networking event who had similar values to mine and was helping sellers with real estate problems sell their properties for cash. This was appealing to me as I could solve much bigger problems, life-changing problems, and truly have an impact on people. From there I learned the ropes of how to do it created the necessary investor connections, and began to pour my values into all of the work that I did; and here we are today, helping British Columbia Property Owners sell their houses for cash all across the province and beyond. I fell in love with this work as everyday was different, no challenges were the same, hearing people’s life stories, and going the extra mile to help.
